The order concerns only selected items and prices are exclusive of VAT or any similar taxes levies or duties.
These Terms and conditions of sale are the only ones which shall apply to our products, please read them carefully.
The sales conditions may be varied by Sartoria Schiavi S.r.l. and shall be effective from the moment they are published on our web site.
Payment
The only payment allowed on our online shop is by credit card.
All quotations are strictly carriage forward and transport charges will be applied upon receipt of the goods.
Prices are those stated on our web site, as long as they are being changed.
Order acknowledgement
Adults only are allowed to buy on our online shop.
Orders will be acknowledged by issuing a written confirmation by e-mail, where we confirm the order to be completed, the payment has been authorized and the goods are available.
If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us immediately.
Delivery
We will use reasonable endeavours to complete delivery as soon as possible.
Dispatch times may vary according to item availability on stock. Their manufacturingmay take the average turnaround of 30 days, depending on current order volumes, work schedules, fabric availability or a particular characteristic of the order placed.
Delivery by carrier usually takes 5/6 days after dispatch date, depending on your country shipping contract.
From that moment forth, goods are under customer’s responsibility: please inspect the goods upon parcel delivery to your premises.
We will not be responsible for any delay resulting from carrier delays or force majeure.
Warranty
Sartoria Schiavi S.r.l. warrants all its products with conventional manufacturer warranty and 30 days warranty for manufacturing defects, according to the Italian law DL 24/02.
30 days warranty for manufacturing defects shall be applied if the garment is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, despite strictly adhering to caring for garments according to garment care label.
If you feel that a garment or piece of equipment is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us wihin 8 days for details and how to exchange the product.
Our products are compliant with the Italian and EU legislation. CE marked garments are compliant with UNI regulation as personal safety equipment.
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 working days from its delivery to return it and have a full refund or exchange.

Box up the items you wish to return, in new condition, in their original packaging along with all their components;
The delivery is under you responsibility;
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your bank account within 14 days, if an exchange is not requested.
Sartoria Schiavi S.r.l. will exchange or refund your item/s providing the following Return Policy Conditions have been met:
the garment has not been worn or damaged
items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
the packaging is returned
Otherwise we will send the parcel back, charging you the shipping cost.
Applicable regulations
All our consumer contracts are governed by Italian law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
